How long does it take to process an order?

Generally, when patients come to us looking for drugs, they might do so when an urgent need arises, so they would want to take the drug as soon as possible. We ship as early as possible, as long as the patient’s details are correct. However, exceptional circumstances or holidays may require us to deliver your order the next business day or after the weekend.

Are there any additional fees levied on my orders?

When we allow patients to buy drugs after they consult a health expert, they want to know whether they will be charged extra beyond what they pay for their medicines. The answer is no; we do not charge any additional shipping fees. If exceptional circumstances arise during delivery and your order is misplaced or tampered with, we may reship it, and you will not incur any additional cost.

Is there a limit to how much I can order?

Generally, when a patient buys drugs, he thinks it is limitless, or he can order drugs as much as he wants. However, when he comes to us, we tend to set a limit on his purchase or intake through health experts, who decide when it is wise for the patient to take the drug he wants.

That’s how, if a patient thinks a single dose was not enough, he can consult a health expert, who will tell him whether it is advisable to repeat the order. However, taking the drug again without a recommendation is not advisable because the intake can be dangerous or lethal and cause withdrawal symptoms if it turns out that the drug is a controlled substance.

Do your prices beat competitors?

When a patient buys drugs from us, they want to know whether our prices are unmatched compared it competitors in the healthcare industry that also sell medicines. If you want to know if it is worth buying drugs from our website, you should compare our prices with those of competitive websites, then decide if you should buy the drug you want.

We price medicines based on what we want our patients to pay for the best healthcare. Because we source our medicines directly from manufacturers, patients do not have to cover the expenses we incur, as local pharmacies tend to pass them on to patients.

What is your return policy?

For your information, we cannot take back medicines once they have been shipped for delivery and payment has been made, even if the package remains unopened or sealed. This policy is the same as at a local pharmacy because the drugs we sell undergo quality tests, and we ensure they are contamination-free. That is why, once a delivery is made, we cannot guarantee they have been kept in the same conditions as before delivery, so we do not accept returns.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Generally, when patients buy drugs from us, we expect them to provide details that help us deliver smoothly and ensure they receive their medicines on time. However, to cancel your order, you must do so before it ships for delivery or before we email you your tracking number. If your order has not been dispensed yet, we may still be able to cancel it, but if it has been sent for delivery, we are out of luck.

Can I speak directly with a health expert about my medicines?

Yes. All patients receiving medicines from us or buying them have the right to consult a health expert to learn about the medicines they want to buy or think they need. If you have questions about our medicines, you can consult a health expert to find out whether you need the medicine you want, or come to us, and we will help you get an expert opinion.

What is the difference between generic medicine and brand name medicine?

A generic drug is similar to the brand-name drug with comparable dosage, safety, strength, quality, method of intake, performance, and intended use. The difference between generic and brand-name drugs is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different in trademark color, as lawsrk laws require generics not to look like a brand-name drug. Generics are easier to buy because generic manufacturers do not invest a massive sum of money to develop those drugs. When the brand-name patent expires, generic manufacturers can produce a similar version of the brand-name drugs and sell it at a lower price.

Can I track my order?

Generally, when patients buy medicines from us, they tend to want to know whether they’ll receive their medicines on time and how far along the delivery is. That’s why, when you place an order, we email you a tracking number so you can see where your delivery is. Usually, it takes a little time for us to update your delivery’s whereabouts.

However, if you still don’t see any progress in the tracking or there is no information about your drug, contact the company that delivered it and ask them to speak with the mail carrier. If you still don’t have clarity, we will consider the order stolen or misplaced and reship it at no additional cost.

Will you keep my details discreet?

Usually, when a patient wants to buy medicines from us, they want the details they provide about themselves or their health-related issues to remain private. We understand that health is a sensitive matter that must be kept private, so we do not disclose the information you provide on our website to help you unless we are required to do so by law. The Internet is not a foolproof medium, and your information will remain discreet for a long time.

What if I cannot find the medicine on your website?

If the drug you want may be listed on our website but isn’t in stock, contact our customer support team and share your concern so we can make the missing medicine available as soon as possible and avoid leaving you without treatment for too long.
